My start to my apprenticeship
Hotel Management Assistant in the Flachau Mountain World.
Hi, I'm Sandra, 15 years old, and I live in Reitdorf. After my trial week, I decided to start my apprenticeship as a hotel manager here at Almlust. My first day was very exciting because I got to meet the entire team.

Hi, I'm Sandra, 15 years old, and I live in Reitdorf. After my trial week, I decided to start my apprenticeship as a hotel management assistant at Almlust. My first day was very exciting because I got to meet the entire team. Everyone welcomed me warmly, and I immediately felt at ease.
Right after the introduction, Leonie showed me around the kids' climbing area. There, I not only received important information about the hotel but also gained practical experience. Shortly after, I was allowed to prepare the first little adventurers for the high ropes course.

3-2-1 Urlaub!
What impressed me the most was how quickly you can settle in and become part of the team. After just a few days, I was able to take on various tasks independently, such as booking specific activities. Some things were a challenge, but with the support of my colleagues, I was able to learn quickly and now feel confident in these tasks.
I've also had the opportunity to work at the reception and have learned a lot, including how to interact with guests. I really enjoy helping guests with their concerns.

Another highlight was when Len showed me the large climbing garden and introduced me to the procedures there. Afterward, I was allowed to try the Flying Fox myself. The team is very kind and open, which makes it enjoyable to learn new things and continuously develop."
I look forward to work every day, as I really enjoy it and feel very comfortable in this great team. The diverse tasks and the warm atmosphere make the apprenticeship at Almlust even more exciting.
